TikToker @icyylyd shared her harrowing ordeal after mistaking super glue for her eye drops.

This is possibly the worst mix up we could imagine.

TikToker @icyylyd shared a video documenting her visit to the hospital after she mistakenly used super glue in place of eye drops.

Yep, she glued her eye shut...with super glue none the less.

The creator Lyd said that she reached for her eye drops when she woke up and accidentally grabbed the glue instead.

Her video - which has been viewed 4.9 million times - is a compilation of photos accompanied by words on the screen chronicling the steps her doctors took to separate her upper and lower eye lids.

The first is of her eye glued shut with the words, "Hospital after mistaking my superglue bottle for my eye drops and my eye shut :))"

Lyd shared that next, "they had [her] apply an ointment that breaks down and dissolves the glue."

That, unfortunately, was unsuccessful.

Lyd shared:

"That didn't work so they started poking at the glue trying to separate my eye."

Finally, she said:

"They took me to a private room and used a metal tool to pry it open and finally got it to open."

After the whole ordeal, Lyd revealed that she is "in so much pain."

You can watch her video below.

Dept. Of Energy Roasted After Posting Bonkers Light Switch Meme To Praise Trump

The U.S. Department of Energy was mocked online after it shared a photo of President Donald Trump signing executive orders next to an image of a hand turning a light switch on—a bizarre meme that had people scratching their heads wondering what in the world the department was aiming for.

The official X account posted the meme without a caption or a comment of any kind—just one of many posts in recent days lauding the Trump administration and particularly Secretary Chris Wright for ensuring that "energy equals freedom" and that the U.S. has entered a "golden age of liquid gold."
