George Conway Trolls New GOP Speaker With Brutal 10 MAGA Commandments—And Yep, That Tracks

George Conway ripped new GOP Speaker Mike Johnson, Donald Trump and the entire GOP with his brutal 10 Commandments.

Conservative attorney and prominent GOP critic George Conway took a humorous dig at House Republicans on Thursday with a Donald Trump-inspired version of The 10 Commandments, responding to Florida Representative Greg Steube’s praise of new House Speaker Mike Johnson’s strong Christian faith.

The satirical commandments are "to be posted in all Members’ offices per order of the Speaker.” They explicitly mock right-wing Christian nationalism, which Johnson embodies.

The first commandment playfully mocks Trump:

“Thou shalt have no other gods before me, except thou shalt followeth thy Orange Jesus over any moral cliff.”

The fourth criticized Colorado Representative Lauren Boebert, who made national headlines after she and her date were ejected from a Denver theater's performance of Beetlejuice. Boebert was vaping, taking photos, and fondling her date during the event.

It reads:

“Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy, unless thou attendeth a musical production in Denver.”

You can see Conway's post below.

The complete list is as follows:

"1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me, except thou shalt followeth thy Orange Jesus over any moral cliff."
"2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, unless thou shalt have purchaseth it on http://DonaldJTrump.com."
"3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain, except when thou shalt attacketh Brandon or thy RINOs."
"4. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy, unless thou attendeth a musical production in Denver."
"5. Honour thy father and thy mother, and burieth thy mother on thy father’s golf course."
"6. Thou shalt not kill, but thou shalt shooteth looters on sight, and puteth alligators in thy moat to keepeth out the Mexicans."
"7. Thou shalt not commit adultery, but if thou shalt do so with thy porn star, thou shalt payeth her off through an intermediary and falsifieth thy accounting records."
"8. Thou shalt not steal, unless thou needeth to steeleth one moreth than a certain number of popular votes or unless thou can hideth thy stollen documents at thy bathroom in thy resort." [a nod to an infamous Trump typo]
"9. Thou shalt not bear false witness. LOL."
"10. Thou shalt not covet (but seeth nos. 2, 4, 7, and 8 aboveth)."

People appreciated Conway's witty post—and shared their own observations too.

In his first remarks after being elected Speaker, Johnson delivered a speech emphasizing his belief in divine ordination, drawing upon "Scripture" and "the Bible" to assert that God is responsible for raising those in authority.

Johnson expressed his conviction that his election, along with the other members of Congress, was not a coincidence but a divine plan. He urged his colleagues to recognize their significant responsibility and use their God-given gifts to serve the people of the nation.

Outside of Congress, Johnson co-hosts a religious podcast with his wife and openly regards Ohio Republican Representative Jim Jordan, a co-founder of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, as his mentor.

A staunch social conservative, Johnson is known for consistently supporting anti-abortion policies and for his staunch opposition to LGBTQ+ rights.
