Succession actor Brian Cox told Vanity Fair he was stunned by Brad Pitt's looks while on the set of the 2004 movieTroy.

Cox made the comments during a career retrospective interview with the magazine, according to Variety.

In the historical epic drama, Pitt portrayed the mythical Greek hero Achilles. Cox played Agamemnon, a king set on destroying the city of Troy.

The movie is based off the epic poem Iliad, written by the ancient Greek author Homer.

According to Esquire, Pitt trained with former Navy Seal turned physical therapist Duffy Gaver to bulk up muscle for the role.

Pitt worked hard to get in shape for the movie, and it didn’t go unnoticed by Cox.

75-year-old Cox told Variety:

“I remember at one point being agog at Brad. He’d never been in costumes like that…"
“Brad walked on set and my jaw was down because he was so stunningly beautiful.”

Cox, who identifies as heterosexual, admitted he found Pitt attractive.

"I’m straight but I thought, ‘Wow, my God! This guy is stunning.’”
“What chance does one have on the screen against this beautiful, beautiful man.”

According to Pink News, Pitt was already a two time winner of People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” title by the time he filmed Troy.

Cox also told Vanity Fair how badly he wanted the Agamemnon role and enjoyed working on the movie.

Trump isn't exactly known to be a looker but he has nonetheless declared himself a "perfect physical specimen" and boasted about his physical prowess, once noting that his own White House physician had declared him "healthier than Obama"—despite Trump's distaste for exercise and fondness for fast food.
