Symoné Berry shared her horror as she filmed multiple cockroaches crawling up the walls of her recent Spirit Airlines flight.

Anyone who has flown can confirm that some airlines are better than others, but a lot of people have beef with Spirit Airlines.

After booking a flight with them, TikToker Symoné Berry discovered why.

There weren't any direct flights to visit her mother for Mother's Day except for a flight with Spirit Airlines, and not only did the TikToker regret it, but she vowed never to fly with them again.

While sitting in first class, she noticed a large cockroach walking up the wall of the cabin, but she did not alert the flight attendant at that time. When a second one that was just as big appeared, she alerted the flight attendant.

She was concerned when the flight attendant brushed the issue off and didn't seem to care, prompting her to post the videos to TikTok and to X (Twitter).

Berry vowed:

“Never again will I fly Spirit Airlines. I've flown over 500,000 miles on Delta and have never in my life seen roaches on a plane. This is crazy.”

In a follow-up video, the TikToker stated that the airline claimed to be aware of the video she'd posted, and they wanted to make it up to her.

Laughably, they offered her a $60 voucher that she could use on her next flight with Spirit Airlines, which she would never book.

Spirit Airlines wrote to her:

"We sincerely apologize for what happened on your recent trip. We care about your satisfaction and want to make this right."
"Please accept our apologies along with this voucher for future travel to any of our destinations."
"PLEASE NOTE: Your voucher credit is redeemable for trips booked by the expiration date. Further restrictions do apply."

A spokesperson for the airline also claimed:

"Spirit Airlines is aware of the video, and our maintenance team thoroughly inspected the aircraft involved and addressed the issue."
"We maintain high standards of cleanliness across our fleet and want all of our guests to feel comfortable when traveling with us."

Replying to @👑💅🏾 Roaches on Spirit pt 2 update. People saying I'm too rich to fly @Spirit Airlines this was my one and only time. I was trying to save time lol next time I'll fly @delta #greenscreen #symonebeez #spiritairlines #travel #storytime

X (Twitter) took particular interest in the follow-up video and thought the voucher was worse than no response at all.

Others agreed and felt the expenses for the flight should have been fully refunded.

Viewers were left in disbelief not only by what she saw on the airline but by how the situation was handled and how they "compensated" her after the fact.

She made it pretty clear that she would never be flying with Spirit again. The least they could do, if they weren't willing to refund her trip, was give her something that could be used anywhere.

Jasmine Crockett Calls Out Trump's Hypocrisy By Pointing Out How Melania Got Her Visa

Texas Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett pointed out President Donald Trump's hypocrisy on immigration considering how First Lady Melania Trump's pathway to citizenship was possible because she received an "Einstein visa," which is usually reserved for an individual with "some sort of significant achievement."

Speaking during a House Judiciary Committee hearing titled “Restoring Integrity and Security to the Visa Process,” Crockett noted that “the idea that Trump and my Republican colleagues want to restore integrity and security in the visa process is actually a joke," and harshly criticized the Trump administration's immigration crackdown and visa restrictions.

Fox Host Comes To Reporter's Defense After Pete Hegseth Berates Her At Pentagon Briefing

Fox News' chief political analyst Brit Hume came to the defense of Fox national security reporter Jennifer Griffin after their former colleague, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, criticized Griffin as the reporter "who misrepresents the most intentionally what the president says” in a Pentagon news conference.

Hegseth, a former Fox News anchor, had criticized media outlets—including his former network—for what he described as unpatriotic reporting. Hegseth took particular aim at early intelligence assessments suggesting that President Donald Trump's bombing of Iran may not have significantly crippled Iran’s nuclear capabilities.

Fox Host Slams Dem For Dropping An F-Bomb After Praising Trump For The Same Thing Just Minutes Earlier

Fox News host Emily Compagno was criticized after she praised Donald Trump's use of the "f-bomb" earlier this week before condemning Texas Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett's use of the same word—on the same episode of her show, no less.

Trump made headlines this week after admonishing Israel and Iran for violating a ceasefire agreement he'd announced on Truth Social. Although he claimed the ceasefire had been "agreed upon," Iran fired at least six missile barrages at Israel after it was supposed to take effect.
