The actor wished her fans a 'Happy Easter' from a hospital bed, where she's been since at least early March—and fans are concerned.

Fans of Kate Beckinsale expressed their worry after the actor posted a cryptic Easter message from a hospital bed.

This isn't the first time the Underworld star had fans concerned over a post, either.

Just a few weeks earlier on March 11, Beckinsale shared a post in celebration of both her mother's birthday and UK Mother's day.

After several photos of her mother, the actor completed the carousel with photos of herself with tears in her eyes on a hospital bed.

She captioned the post:

"Happy birthday and UK Mother’s Day this last week to my incredible mother."
"Thank you to those that love us and support us when it’s sh*t and try to make sure there are some bits that aren’t. And for looking after our dogs when we can’t, and lead us to remember happy things when we can’t. And turn up when we are sick and sit with us. And send balloons and check in and pull us out of wells with love."
"Thank you for loving us, those who do, and for the amazing, kindest Nick, and especially for my mother’s capacity for joy. It is so inspiring and beautiful. Happy everything mama. Your fight for joy despite also welcoming tears is the experience of watching a warrior up close. I love you x"

Viewers of the post wondered what was going on with Beckinsale, but she didn't respond to any comments.

On Easter, she ramped up the worry when she shared another post to Instagram, this time just two photos of her feet sporting bunny socks, still in a hospital bed.

She captioned the post:

"Happy Easter 🐰🐇🐣"

At this point, fans became more than alarmed.

Even Gwen Stefani asked what was wrong with the actor but received no response.

When a fan asked if Beckinsale was in the hospital for endometriosis, she replied that she was not, but that was the extent of it.

Needless to say, fans continued to express their concern.

And, of course, they all wished her a happy Easter and sent messages of encouragement, as well.

While Beckinsale has been present on social media, her two posts from her hospital bed are the only ones shared in real time.

Last week, she shared "some things from before" with a carousel full of past events and, of course, her pets.

And before that, she shared a poignant post honoring her her stepfather, Roy Battersby, who died in January.

In 2019, Beckinsale shared on social media that she was hospitalized following a ruptured ovarian cyst, writing:

"Turns out a ruptured ovarian cyst really hurts and morphine makes me cry. So thankful to everyone who looked after me #wobbly❤️"

We join her fans in wishing her all the best!
