Trump Election Lawyer Dragged After Accusing Biden of 'Stealing an Election'

Outgoing President Donald Trump's campaign lawyer, Jenna Ellis, has been one of the most visible faces of the campaign's efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election through litigation.

Ellis, along with Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, is faced with the unenviable task of arguing that widespread voter fraud coordinated by Democrats delivered a victory to President-elect Joe Biden.

The Trump campaign has seen one legal victory—a swing state case that shortened the time that ballots postmarked by election day (but arriving after) could be counted—while losing 59 cases. The conservative Supreme Court has twice denied standing to cases from pro-Trump lawyers including the Attorney General of Texas that would've overturned election results in the key state of Pennsylvania.

Nevertheless, Trump and his lawyers are insisting that the results of the 2020 election were illegitimate.

Now, Ellis is accusing Biden of "stealing" the election.

Ellis shared a video of President-elect Biden admonishing Trump's Department of Defense for a lack of cooperation with the incoming Biden administration—a move the President-elect described as irresponsible.

Ellis responded by falsely accusing Biden of "undermining the Constitution and rule of law by stealing an election."

Because states determine their own election processes, it's unclear how Biden or any entity would coordinate an effort sweeping enough to affect the outcome of the election. Trump's own Justice Department, then led by his loyal former Attorney General William Barr, said that it could find no evidence of fraud at a level that would change the results. Trump's election security officials hailed the 2020 election as the most secure in U.S. history.

Though it was Biden whom Ellis falsely accused of stealing the election, Twitter users pointed out that she's the one currently spearheading efforts to overturn constitutionally valid election results on Trump's behalf.

The irony was heavily apparent in the false accusation.

President-elect Biden, along with Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, will be inaugurated on January 20th.

President Donald Trump has done everything he can these last few months to avoid any and all questions about the Epstein files, which are said to contain detailed lists of some of Epstein's most high-profile clients and enablers.

Fox News Guest Has Blunt Reminder About Trump After Sean Hannity Asks About Biden's 'Cognitive Decline'

Fox News personality Sean Hannity was widely mocked after guest commentator Stephanie Miller gave him more than he bargained for with her response to his question about when she first noticed former President Joe Biden's "cognitive decline."

President Donald Trump and Republicans have long questioned Biden's cognitive fitness for office to draw attention from Trump's own gaffes. Earlier this week, Trump made headlines for claiming "no one knows what magnets are" during an Oval Office exchange. He has also continued to attract attention for falling asleep during events.
