Trump Spokesperson Roasted After Destroying One Of Trump's Defense Arguments Live On Air

Trump legal spokesperson Alina Habba said on Fox News that Trump won't have to 'prep much' for his defense because he's 'done nothing wrong.'

Former President Donald Trump's legal spokesperson Alina Habba was roasted online after she seemed to undermine one of the key reasons cited by Trump's legal team in their efforts to delay legal proceedings until after the 2024 election.

Habba's comments came during an interview on Fox News with Shannon Bream, who inquired about the logistics of preparing a client for multiple trials while concurrently running for president.

Habba responded by claiming Trump won't have to "prep much" for his defense because he's "done nothing wrong."

You can hear what she said in the video below.

Habba said:

“Yeah. If it was a normal person, honestly, Shannon, I could understand the concern."
"President Trump is not your average person. He’s incredibly intelligent and he knows the ropes. He also knows the facts because he lived them.”
“What is going to have to be prepped for? The truth? You don’t have to prep much when you’ve done nothing wrong, so that I’m not concerned with.”

This assertion seemed to conflict with one of the arguments put forth by Trump's legal team to delay any potential legal proceedings. The legal team has cited the complexity of the cases Trump faces, including a range of legal challenges from defamation suits to investigations into his business dealings.

Critics pointed out that Habba's statement appeared to downplay the legal intricacies and challenges involved in these cases.

This isn't the first time Habba has been criticized for statements she's made on behalf of her boss.

Last month, she was mocked after she, with no sense of irony whatsoever, complained laws used "for mobs" are being used against Trump.

Habba had been asked to comment on a Daily Beast report revealing former New York City Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik's cooperation with special counsel Jack Smith in the investigation of Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

She claimed unfavorable news about the former President amounts to "election interference."

She insisted—when asked by Florida Republican Representative Matt Gaetz to comment on potential racketeering charges Trump could face regarding his attempts to overturn election results in Georgia—racketeering is not what one would associate with a former President.

A 'Fake Egg' Prank Targeting Kids Is Trending On TikTok—But Not Everyone Thinks It's Funny

In a recent TikTok trend, people are presenting young children with "fake eggs" and crushing the egg in their hands to show that the eggs are fake.

In order for this trend to work, the person has to poke a hole into each end of the egg to drain it of its yolk and let the shell dry, so it becomes more brittle and easy to crush, making the prank more believable.

Guy Sparks Debate After Abandoning Girlfriend In Economy While He Booked Himself A First Class Seat On Flight

It's really hard to watch while someone is clearly not being treated well enough by their partner, and instead of accepting the reality check for what it is, they spend their time digging their heels in deeper and defending their partner's honor.

That was certainly true for TikToker Nicole Vawter, or @nicmarievee, anyway, when fellow TikTokers called her partner out on selfishly booking himself a first class seat while his long-time girlfriend sat back in economy.

Guy Sparks Modern Dating Debate With His Unhinged Texts To Woman Who Turned Him Down For Second Date

You know what they say: if a person has to point out how nice they are, they probably aren't really all that nice.

Actions tend to speak louder than words, with an affinity for niceness and kindness being among the best examples. When a person is truly nice and kind, it will come through in their daily attitude and actions without them having to say anything at all.
