President Trump's crusade against social media app TikTok continued this Saturday, August 15, when the President decided to join rival app Triller.
The news quickly spread on social media.
As Trump put his first post online, it was viewed over a million times.
It seems, however, that many of those viewers weren't fans.
The post was immediately buried in negative comments from teens on Triller.
However, many people online noted that as soon as Trump arrived on Triller, many conservatives left TikTok to join the new platform.

The contents of Trump's first posts weren't especially surprising.
He claimed to be a "professional at technology," attacked Joe Biden and shouted out a boat parade.

Online, Trump was roundly mocked for his escape to the new media platform.

If the past is any indicator, President Trump will continue to use this new social media app with a wild abandon.
