President Donald Trump's personal lawyer and one of the key players in the Ukraine scandal, Rudy Giuliani, is once again claiming to have proof of a Democratic scandal in Ukraine.
Once again, he's refusing to reveal it.
In an interview with Trish Regan of Fox Business, Giuliani claimed that the Obama administration left over $5 billion in foreign aid to Ukraine unaccounted for. He then claimed that Democrats want to kill him.

Giuliani said:
"We're gonna reveal the whole thing. It's not just Biden. A bunch of Democrats. That's why they're so crazy on the subject of Ukraine, and why they want to literally kill me."
When asked why he thought that, Giuliani responded that he didn't "think" it, he could prove it.
Interestingly enough, Giuliani suggested that Obama officials worked with the Putin-backed corrupt former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich, who was exiled from Ukraine before the end of his term.
In reality, former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort, who's currently serving a prison sentence, worked in Ukraine to lobby for Yanukovych and was essential to his election.
Giuliani has claimed for months that he has proof of Democratic corruption in Ukraine that would exonerate Trump, but he's yet to provide it.
Knowing that, his claims rang hollow.
Even Giuliani's supporters are growing impatient with Giuliani's failure to deliver.
