Whether you love or hate your job, tendering your resignation can be tricky.

Most of the time you probably want to do it as efficiently and professionally as possible.

Other times you may want to go out in a blaze of glory, with copious middle fingers for everyone. That may be ill-advised, however.

But one person found a very clever (and hilarious) way of letting their employer know that they'd soon be down a team member—with a condolence card.

It's pretty great.

If you are known at work for being the office clown , then this approach seems like the perfect fit. It gets the point across without any of that awkwardness.

Read the room, of course, but any boss who wouldn't get at least a chuckle out of this needs their sense of humor checked pronto.

People were loving the whole idea.

And apparently the entire office appreciated it as well.

And while this particular incident went viral, leave it to the internet to let us all know that people have, in fact, been doing it for years.

Even with the same exact card.

Apparently there are only a handful of usable condolence cards out there or something.

It truly is a sign of the times.

Although you can get assorted sympathy cards, in case you need to quit several jobs.

Lauren Boebert In Hot Water After She's Busted Spending Campaign Funds On Kid Rock Concert Tickets

Colorado Republican Representative Lauren Boebert is facing criticism after Federal Election Commission (FEC) records showed she spent over $3,300 of her campaign funds on concert tickets and a hotel in Texas on the same weekend her once-rumored boyfriend—MAGA singer Kid Rock—was performing.

Boebert’s campaign reported expenses for a hotel stay in Arlington, Texas, and for event tickets purchased in May. On May 16, Boebert attended the Rock N Rodeo — part of the Professional Bull Riding Championship World Finals at AT&T Stadium — an event hosted by Kid Rock. She even shared a photo of herself with the singer on social media.

Ron Perlman Leaves Fans Stunned With Story About Peeing On His Hand Before Shaking Harvey Weinstein's
