The singer and former talk show host shared her bizarre secret for staying healthy while traveling on Instagram.

Entertainer Marie Osmond took to Instagram to share a little secret with her followers.

In a video captioned, "How I stay healthy on the road!!!!" she shared that a tablespoon of mustard a day keeps her healthy.


She claimed:

"How to stay healthy on the road."
"My doctor said in case there's like parasites or anything around, this is how to stay healthy and I'm not joking."

Osmond proceeded to squeeze the condiment straight into her mouth.

She finished:

"One tablespoon a day."
