The Marvel star confirmed to 'Happy Sad Confused' podcast host Josh Horowitz that 'the round brown' is looking good in 'Captain America: The New World Order.'

Actor Anthony Mackie recently told Josh Horowitz his costume for the Captain America movie due out next year made his butt look "delicious" during an interview on the Happy Sad Confused podcast.

The film, titled Captain America: New World Order, features Mackie in the titular role for the first time in a mainline Captain America movie—Mackie's character Sam Wilson inherited the title from Chris Evans' Steve Rogers at the end of Avengers: Endgame.

Captain America's derriere has been the subject of much fan attention for years, especially since an Avengers: Infinity War poster strongly centered the character's ... assets.

The actor, obviously excited for fans to see it, said of his costume and delightful gluteus maximus:

"All Imma tell you about Cap: I've had about 4 costume fittings ... and the round brown is looking delicious in the spandex, baby. That's all Imma say.
"The round brown gonna make you as happy as peanut butter and jelly on a summer day, baby. You know what I'm talkin' 'bout?"

Mackie assured Horowitz his bountiful "round brown" will get some real screen time in the upcoming film.

"I’m talking about straight solo shots, like as I go running by, the camera’s going to be [down] here. This time, it’s not about diameter, it’s about radius."

You can view a clip of Mackie enthusiastically giving fans exactly the info he knows they're looking for below:

Fans were predictably hyped for a new "America's A**" to debut.

Given that Marvel acknowledged "America's A**" with a line for the Cap in Avengers: Endgame, it wouldn't be surprising for New World Order to either continue the joke—or even give Mackie a line about his "round brown."

Captain America: New World Order is set to premiere in theaters next year, May 3, 2024.
