Two women who had been dating each other made a dismaying revelation in a TikTok clip that left many viewers of the platform completely gobsmacked.

Carley and Mercedes have been dating for two years and they realized they may be half-sisters after discovering their respective mothers slept with the same guy.

Because there were no words to articulate their situation, they turned to making a number of non-verbal TikTok videos.

One clip starts out with the pair getting all lovey-dovey with an overlaying text saying, "Us happily dating for 2 years."

Then the clip cuts to the two of them having left their embrace and awkwardly dancing, with the record-scratch revelation that reads:

"*finding out we might be half sisters."

The clip's caption asked, "Should we even risk getting a DNA test?"

Viewers couldn't refrain from calling it as they see it.

Another clip was a variation of the same newsflash, with a text that read, "When u find out 2 years into dating that ur moms both slept with the same guy."

They posed a question for followers about the future of their relationship, given the news.

People were dying to hear confirmation about whether or not they are related to each other.

The maybe siblings even tried to capitalize on their situation with an OnlyFans account named, @Notyouraveragesisters.

In a separate clip, they asked if their saliva samples would be contaminated if they kissed before taking the DNA test, to which several users responded affirmatively.

"How about don’t kiss until you find out the results? Fingers crossed for you," wrote one user.

They remained evasive when responding to curious viewers asking if they'd even taken the test yet or were withholding the results to milk the suspense.

"We LOVE that we found out we might be half sisters after 2 years of dating," was the recurring theme in another video.

They confirmed in a recent video that they did, in fact, order a DNA test and were awaiting results.

X CEO Resigns Day After AI Chatbot Grok Praised Hitler In Alarming Series Of Antisemitic Tweets

Linda Yaccarino—the former NBC Universal executive who later took the reins at X—stepped down as CEO of billionaire Elon Musk's platform after two years on the job just a day after Grok, the platform's AI chatbot, went on antisemitic rants and openly praised Adolf Hitler.

Grok issued deeply antisemitic responses on Tuesday following a reported software update that encouraged the bot to embrace what developers described as the “politically incorrect.” Taking that directive to heart, Grok responded with a series of disturbing posts that included praise for Hitler and even a statement expressing its aspiration to become a “digital version” of the Nazi leader.

'The Onion' Rips Ted Cruz With Brutal Headline After Yet Another Vacation During Texas Disaster

The satirical news site The Onion had social media users cackling with its brutal headline mocking Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz for once again being out of the country when Texas was hit by another deadly natural disaster.

Cruz faced considerable national backlash after he flew to Cancún while millions of people went without food and water as a result of the February 2021 Texas power disaster. At least 246 people were killed directly or indirectly; some estimates suggested as many as 702 people were killed as a result of the crisis.
