Kim Kardashian Helps Daughter North Transform Into Ye Using Makeup In Controversial Video

The rapper's daughter is his spitting image in the viral TikTok video.

Rapper and fashion designer Ye has been pretty vocal about his distaste of daughter North using social media—specifically TikTok and while sporting makeup—telling Jason Lee of Hollywood Unlocked:

"Tell [Kim Kardashian] don't have my daughter wearing lipstick on TikTok and don't have her on TikTok at all if I don't approve that."

He also previously posted on Instagram:

"Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on [TikTok] against my will?"

That post has since been deleted.

But what if the TikTok video and *on-point* makeup is a nod to Ye himself?

In a recent video on the mother/daughter duo's joint TikTok account—which has more than 12 million followers, mind you—North West and Ye's ex Kim Kardashian paid tribute to Ye through music and interesting aesthetic.

In the video, North dressed as her pop, complete with a black hoodie and drawn-on facial hair, while Kim posed next to her in giant wrap-around shades. Both mouthed the words to Ye's "Bound 2" as a version of the song is set as the audio.

Yes, "Bound 2" is the song in which Kim was featured in the music video...the one where she rode topless with Ye on his motorcycle.

You can check out the TikTok video below.

Viewers chimed in on Twitter.

Many agreed the video made them a bit uneasy.

But some viewers thought it was all in good fun.

Last year, Kardashian responded to Ye's social media bashing on her Instagram story:

"Kanye's constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media is actually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create."
"As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision—because it brings her happiness."

Given Ye's love for himself, he may actually approve of this one.
