If you followed the trial between actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard earlier this year, you no doubt have a sense of some of Depp's more eccentric tendencies.

And supermodel Kate Moss, who dated Depp in the 1990s, recently shared a remembrance of her former partner that definitely makes the cut for "eccentric"--the time he gifted her a necklace by making her pull it out of his butt.

Moss related the tale to Vogue during a recent video recalling some of her most iconic looks, and the story has definitely made an impression--along with being the butt of several jokes (sorry).

Hear the story at around the 6:40 mark in the video below.

Moss told the story while recalling the ensemble she wore to the 1995 CFDA Fashion Awards, a white John Galliano gown that she paired with a sparkling diamond necklace gifted to her by Depp.

Pointing to the necklace in a photograph, Moss said:

"That diamond necklace Johnny gave me. They were the first diamonds I ever owned."
"He pulled them out of the crack of his arse."

How romantic! Moss went on to give more details about the story.

"We were going out for dinner and he said, 'I've got something in my bum. Can you have a look?'"
"I was like: 'What?'"
"I put my hand down his trousers and I pulled out a diamond necklace. That diamond necklace."

Well that's certainly one way of giving a gift. If nothing else, it's memorable--here Moss is talking about it nearly 30 years later, after all.

Moss then went on talking about her iconic looks as if she'd just told any old anecdote and not one about pulling diamonds out of Johnny Depp's a**crack, which really does give the story a little something extra.

On Twitter, the tale definitely made an impression, giving a hearty laugh to fans of both stars.

Moss and Depp dated from 1994 to 1998 during which they were one of Hollywood's biggest it-couples.

Moss testified in Depp's defense during his trial with Heard after Heard referenced a rumor that Depp abused Moss in her own testimony.

Trump Ripped After Griping About 'Sissy' New NFL Kickoff Rule In Unhinged Rant

President Donald Trump was criticized after he complained about the NFL's new "Dynamic Kickoff" rule that is designed to make playing football safer, calling it "sissy" football in a Monday morning post on Truth Social.

Under the previous rules, kickoffs began at the kicking team’s 35-yard line, with the goal of sending the ball as far as possible to pin the opposing offense deep in its own territory. The receiving team would try to advance the ball, which would often lead to high-speed collisions as players sprinted directly at each other.

Political Commentator Epically Fact-Checks Vance's Baseless Claims About Political Violence

In the wake of far-right activist Charlie Kirk's assassination, Vice President JD Vance has stepped up his attacks on leftists, this time by baselessly claiming that the far-left is more likely to commit political violence than the far-right.

Vance hosted a special episode of Kirk's podcast to attack what he referred to as “the lunatics in American politics" and said without any evidence that the suspect in Kirk's killing was motivated by far-left ideology.
