On Monday, December 14, Hillary Clinton, who lost the election to President Trump in 2016, cast an Electoral College vote from New York in 2020, confirming that Joe Biden will be the next President of the United States.

Clinton herself sounded off on Twitter, saying it felt "pretty poetic" to be part of the delegation that removed President Trump from office.


Twitter loved to see Clinton's election journey come full circle.



America will likely be recovering from Trump's time in office for many years.



Many people online expressed their gratitude for Clinton's continued hard work in the public arena.
