Will Smith posted a video on Monday congratulating rapper Cardi B and her husband Offset for welcoming their baby Kulture Kiari Cephus into the world on July 10.

The affable Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was in Russia for the 2018 World Cup and managed to round up a few locals to join in on the celebratory video.

"Cardi B just had a baby, Kulture," Smith told gathering fans. He addressed the new mom, saying, "Hey, Cardi. We're in Russia. I wanna say 'Nastrovyuh,' Kulture," which translates to: a toast to Kulture.

He captioned the video by saying, "Wishing You Peace, Joy & Divine Understanding as you journey together in Creation of Family."

Other soccer fans chimed in with their enthusiasm on Smith's message.

Will Smith is relatively new to the Instagram party after taking his first selfie for the platform on The Ellen DeGeneres Show a little over seven months ago, but not surprisingly, he's a social media pro.

In addition to slaying the viral #InMyFeelings challenge in which he used drone footage to get his groove on while perched high atop a bridge in Budapest, he's killing the Internet with his flawless message to Cardi B.

According to Blavity, Offset and the new mom are keeping a low profile after the birth of Kulture, and won't be considering a photo shoot with the newborn until after six months.

Until then, she'll be showered with love over her exciting news while basking in the glow of Will Smith's epic video.
