Jeremy Renner's Family 'Overwhelmed' By Fan Support After His Traumatic Snow Plow Accident

The MCU star is in 'critical but stable condition' after an accident involving his snow plow machine on Sunday.

On Sunday, Marvel actor Jeremy Renner was airlifted to a hospital where he underwent surgery after suffering injuries from a "weather related accident while plowing snow" at his Reno, Nevada property a spokesperson told Variety.

In a statement to People, a representative for Renner said:


"We can confirm that Jeremy has suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries and has undergone surgery today."
"He has returned from surgery and remains in the intensive care unit in critical but stable condition."

It continued with sincere thanks from the Oscar-nominated actor's family.

"Jeremy's family would like to express their gratitude to the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him, Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue, Washoe County Sheriff, Reno City Mayor Hillary Schieve and the Carano and Murdock families."

The statement concluded with a note to Renner's fans.

"They are also tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans."

Friends and fans have continued to show their support on social media.









All of Renner's friends and fans pass on the hope that the wonderful care he is receiving will help him make a full recovery.
