Gather round, folks, it is once again time to thirst after actor Chris Meloni.

The iconic Law & Order actor has long been the subject of people's dreams and even earned the nickname America's Zaddy after a certain photo of a certain very toned part of his body went viral last year.

But according to an anonymous source at tabloid OK! magazine, the unquenchable thirst has gone to Meloni's head. The source accused him of being egotistical and hard to work with.

So Meloni took to Instagram to clap back in the best possible way, trolling the source and being ridiculously hot while doing it.

See Meloni's response below.

The video shows Meloni working his legendary physique by doing the splits on the set of Law and Order: Organized Crime as crewmembers look on in irritation.

When someone calls out that they're ready for Meloni to shoot his next scene, he declines, saying that he has push-ups to do. The crew then walks away in frustration, muttering things about Meloni's "big ego."

The splits and push-ups are a direct reference to the anonymous source's claims in the OK! piece. The source told the magazine:

"[Meloni's] got a whole gym on set, and anytime there’s a break in shooting, he begins working out."
"When he starts doing splits and clapping pushups, people can’t help but roll their eyes."

Imagine it being your job to watch Chris Meloni workout all the time and complaining about it. Sounds like a dream job!

The article, titled "Christopher Meloni’s New Hunk Status Is Inflating His Ego," also claims Meloni's internet Zaddyhood has made him hard to work with. The source claims:

"Chris always thought he was the cat’s meow, but now his head has gotten even bigger."
"He looks great and he knows it, judging by the way he struts around and admires his reflection."

The haters at OK! magazine may have had their fill of Meloni, but Instagram definitely has it--they loved Meloni's perfect, very hot clapback.

Though some people had a few notes--mainly that the camera should have been on the other side of Meloni to capture his finest *ahem* asset.

Ego or no, it seems like Meloni's Zaddy status is secure.

Roger Stone Slammed After Suggesting Dem Senator Should Be 'Executed' For Criticizing Trump

President Donald Trump's ally is facing heavy criticism after declaring that Arizona Democratic Senator Mark Kelly should be charged with "treason" and "executed" for his dealings with a Chinese company that makes surveillance balloons.

Stone's remarks followed Kelly's comments on Trump's crypto coin scheme outlined in a now-rejected bill that aimed to establish a regulatory framework for stablecoins, a type of digital asset designed to maintain a fixed $1 value, making it better suited for everyday transactions. Democrats said the legislation did not contain adequate standards to safeguard against corruption.
