Former Disney Star Bella Thorne Shatters OnlyFans Record By Earning Over $1 Million In Just One Day

Former Disney star Bella Thorne, 22, set a record by becoming the first to earn $1 million on OnlyFans within 24 hours since making her debut on the platform.

For the uninitiated, OnlyFans is a content subscription service that caters to the adult entertainment industry where physical fitness models and musicians share NSFW photos and videos that are typically too racy to be on Instagram or Twitter.

The American model and actress – known for co-starring on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as ambitious dancer CeCe Jones from 2010 to 2013 – announced the launch of her Only Fans page earlier this month with a provocative Instagram video which can be seen below.

The Los Angeles Times now reports that the actress earned $2 million in less than a week.

Recently, OnlyFans began enticing celebrities like rapper Cardi B and some members from Bravo's Real Housewives to participate.

Meanwhile, amateur adult performers are weeping over the unbeatable competition.

Thorne set her monthly subscription price at $20 – or $102 for six months – and shares personal content on her page, where her bio line reads:

"Get to know me more I'm your girl."

The platform briefly crashed after launching her page that an OnlyFans rep confirmed had "no full nudity," according to Page Six.

So far, the page offers never-before-seen photos and videos of the actress clad in a bikini but are nothing explicit or graphic in nature.

When followers were asked what kind of activities they would like to see her engaged in, some of the suggestions included tongue-teasing, showering and twerking.

Thorne is still figuring out how to engage with subscribers but plans to use the platform to post classes on "writing in Final Draft, baking and songwriting."

Fans and a number of those who were not familiar with the actress both cheered her on from the sidelines for her record-smashing debut.

Paper noted that many influencers like Thorne are switching to subscription-based content platforms because they have lighter to no censorship restrictions compared to free platforms like Instagram – where she currently has over 23M followers.

Thorne said:

"OnlyFans is the first platform where I can fully control my image; without censorship, without judgement, and without being bullied online for being me."

She plans to use revenue from OnlyFans to go towards her production company as well as donating to charity.

Thorne also plans to use her latest endeavor as research towards a film she plans to make with filmmaker Sean Baker by observing the "ins and outs" and the effect the platform has on its users.

"It's a feature we are researching as I'm living it currently," said the actress

"What's the connective material between your life and your life inside the world of OnlyFans?"
"How can it change your life for the worse and the better? How far are you willing to go, and how far do you WANT to go? You can be me, or this talented girl from Montana, and OnlyFans could change your life — if you want it to, of course."

Bakerwho is known for his indie films like Tangerine (2015) and The Florida Project (2017) – has not responded for comments, but a source close to the project confirmed that the new film Thorne plans to act in is:

"very early in its development — in its infancy — and probably years away from turning into anything."

OnlyFans is not Thorne's first foray into the adult entertainment industry.

Last year, she was awarded Pornhub's Vision Award for her directorial debut of her adult film, Her & Him.
