Adele snuck in some of Megan Thee Stallion's 'Body' choreography while performing 'Water Under the Bridge' during her new Las Vegas residency.

During the first night of her residency in Las Vegas on Friday, Adele entertained the crowd with some well-known dance moves.

Adele used the same choreography Megan Thee Stallion created for her 2020 smash hit music video for her song "Body" while performing her 2016 hit "Water Under the Bridge."

You can see video here:

This wasn't a random reference to Megan Thee Stallion.

The joke goes back at least a year. See, back in 2021, someone asked why Adele doesn't have backup dancers.

So another person shared a remix of Megan Thee Stallion doing the moves to her hit "Body" to Adele's "Water Under the Bridge" with the moves synced up.

In case you missed it...

A meme was born, with people mixing in videos of Adele as well.

Earlier this year, Adele performed at BST Hyde Park while channeling the meme of herself and the "WAP" rapper, incorporating some of Megan Thee Stallion's "Body" moves. Megan Thee Stallion responded by posting a picture of Adele tearing it up on Instagram with the caption "Hot Girl Adele."

Adele's nod to the meme was loved by crowds at her Vegas residency, who celebrated the star's dance moves with excited reactions. People were here for it online too.

There were those who celebrated that two queens can share one song.

Others, enjoying the remix of dance and song and marveling at how well everything goes together, called for a collab.

Then, as with anything with female pop stars, it turned towards comparisons to their contemporaries in the field.

Many people liked how Adele included the audience in the in-joke.

Adele is in her much delayed—due to Covid-19 complications—Las Vegas residency at Caesar's Palace for 32 performances this winter.

Nancy Sinatra Shuts Down MAGA Fan Who Claimed Her Famous Dad Would've Voted For Trump

It's no secret that MAGA Republican President Donald Trump hasn't been able to attract the cream of the crop when it comes to the entertainment industry. While Kid Rock, Kevin Sorbo and Scott Baio are Trump ride or dies, pretty much every other Hollywood or music legend or rising star is taking a pass on Trump.

And some outright despise the man and let everyone know. Often.

And MAGA is not happy about it.
