Trump's New Attorney Recently Admitted That Lawsuits 'Will Not Work' To Prevent An Inevitable Biden Win

An attorney now representing President Donald Trump in an election-related lawsuit in Pennsylvania was recorded just days ago saying there was no way for Trump to affect the outcome of the election.

Attorney and radio host Marc Scaringi discussed the election during a November 7 episode of his radio show.

"I've been saying since Wednesday morning that Biden would win."
"In my opinion there really are no bombshells that are about to drop that will derail a Biden presidency including these lawsuits."

Scaringi went on to predict that the President's lawsuits would ultimately bear no fruit.

"At the end of the day, in my view, the litigation will not work. It will not reverse this election."

A remarkable twist of fate found Scaringi assigned to represent the Trump campaign's federal suit in Pennsylvania after three previous assigned attorneys all requested to be removed from the case.

The blog post in which he refers to Biden as "President-elect" has since been removed from Scaringi's blog, according to HuffPost.

Twitter users were highly amused by the turn of events.

Many likened the whole thing to several absurdist comedies.

Scaringi is far from the only attorney who holds the opinion that these attempts to change the election results will not work.

A law professor at University of California, Irvine, Rick Hasen, told The Hill:

"With an overwhelming number of losses and withdrawals of cases, there is no path for the Trump campaign to overturn the results in a single state, much less states making up more than 36 electoral college votes."

In the meantime, the rest of us are left to wonder when the Trump team will finally admit defeat.
