Sofia Coppola's 16-Year-Old Daughter Tried To Charter A Helicopter—And Her Video About It Is Bonkers

Romy Mars, daughter of the famed director and Phoenix singer Tom Mars, admitted she's 'grounded' after she used her father's credit card to charter a private helicopter.

Romy Mars, daughter of Sofia Coppola and Tom Mars, shared on TikTok that she was grounded after trying to charter a helicopter.

She revealed:

"I tried to charter a helicopter from New York to Maryland on my dad's credit card because I wanted to have dinner with my camp friend."

As one does.

Her father, director and Phoenix singer Tom Mars, found out, of course, and grounded the 16-year-old.

But hey, if you're already in trouble, why not break a few more rules?

Romy, who is not allowed to be on public social media, created a TikTok account and shared the story about the helicopter before whipping up some vodka sauce pasta with her viewers, saying:

"I thought I would do this since I'm already grounded because my parents' biggest rule is, like, I'm not allowed to have any public social media accounts."
"Here's why..."

She then proudly displayed one of her father's Grammys.

She continued:

"They don't want me to be a nepotism kid, but TikTok is not gonna make me famous, so it doesn't really matter."

We hate to break it to her, but the video quickly went viral. The TikTok, along with her account, was almost immediately deleted.

You can watch it below.

Some viewers of the video had a laugh about the completely unrelatable content.

Even so, many found Romy to be entertaining.

Romy moved on to making the pasta, but she ran into some problems there, as well.

After realizing she didn't know the difference between "a garlic" and an onion, she Googled some images and found she needed ingredients. She promised a follow up video when her babysitter's boyfriend returned with the missing ingredients.

Sadly, the account was deleted before we were able to witness that magic.

We can only imagine the consequences of Romy's viral TikTok.

While we're curious about the punishment—and the pasta!—we won't be holding our breath for a follow-up video.

Roger Stone Slammed After Suggesting Dem Senator Should Be 'Executed' For Criticizing Trump

President Donald Trump's ally is facing heavy criticism after declaring that Arizona Democratic Senator Mark Kelly should be charged with "treason" and "executed" for his dealings with a Chinese company that makes surveillance balloons.

Stone's remarks followed Kelly's comments on Trump's crypto coin scheme outlined in a now-rejected bill that aimed to establish a regulatory framework for stablecoins, a type of digital asset designed to maintain a fixed $1 value, making it better suited for everyday transactions. Democrats said the legislation did not contain adequate standards to safeguard against corruption.
