Ruth Bader Ginsburg May Have The Most Unlikely Cameo In An Upcoming Movie This Century 😼

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is unstoppable. Even fake news of her death can't slow her down, as her presence in Tinseltown reinforces her vitality with films like her documentary RBG and the biopic On the Basis of Sex.

Now the 85-year-old is holding court as a Lego. Yes, you read that right!

A new trailer for the The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part surprised fans on Monday after they caught a glimpse of Lego RBG making a grand entrance, complete in her Supreme Court robe and wielding a gavel.

With the Lego Movie spinoffs having a reputation for featuring random cameos, we say Lego did her justice.

Take a look at the YouTube clip below and judge for yourself.

Although she did not lend her voice for her plastic counterpart, RBG reportedly gave her blessing for her likeness to appear in the movie.

Mike Mitchell shared Ginsburg's reaction to the idea with USA TODAY and explained how she came into the picture.

"She said, 'Of course, I'd love to be a Lego figure. That would be cool.'"
"These movies are so full of surprises. And we were thinking, 'Who's the last person you would think to see in a Lego film as a minifig?' Ruth Bader Ginsburg!"

Mitchell continued:

"And we're all huge fans. It made us laugh to think of having her enter this world."

The movie's official Instagram page also enthusiastically announced, "The team has arrived. See them all in #TheLEGOMovie2, in theaters February 8."

The Wrap reminded fans that the original movie ended revealing that Emmett's world was all part of a young boy's imagination as he played with his father's Lego set.

The sequel will take place five years after the events of the first movie. Emmet Brickowski (voiced by Chris Pratt) will go on a mission to save his friends who were kidnapped and taken to Sis-Tar System, a world created by the boy's sibling who is inspired by RBG.

Fans are looking forward to seeing the new adventure with Lego RBG.

@keraz37, don't you worry. Mitchell announced that RBG will become an official Lego toy. "So there will be a real Ruth Bader Ginsburg toy that boys and girls can play with," he said.

"It will even come with a gavel."

Producers/screenwriters Chris Miller and Phil Lord, who both worked on 2014 Lego Movie justified Ginsburg's role in the Lego universe.

"We just were trying to think of people who should be immortalized in Lego and who seem fun at weddings."

Ginsburg went under surgery on December 21 to remove cancerous nodules from her lung which were discovered after she broke three ribs from falling in the office last November.

Doctors have declared she is now cancer free, and the Justice plans to return to work for "at least five more years."

We have decided: everything is awesome.

The Lego Movie sequel hits theaters on February 8.

Nancy Sinatra Shuts Down MAGA Fan Who Claimed Her Famous Dad Would've Voted For Trump

It's no secret that MAGA Republican President Donald Trump hasn't been able to attract the cream of the crop when it comes to the entertainment industry. While Kid Rock, Kevin Sorbo and Scott Baio are Trump ride or dies, pretty much every other Hollywood or music legend or rising star is taking a pass on Trump.

And some outright despise the man and let everyone know. Often.
