On Wednesday, April 28, Federal investigators executed a search warrant of former New York Mayor and longtime Trump associate Rudy Giuliani's Manhattan apartment.

Electronic devices were seized from both Giuliani's apartment and his office.

Though it's uncertain why exactly the warrant was issued, it would not have been granted if top-level prosecutors didn't "believe they have probable cause that Giuliani committed a federal crime."

One of the most memorable moments to come from the raid of Giuliani's apartment, however, came from one of his upper east side neighbors.

Michele Herbert, who lives near Giuliani, gave some impromptu statements to the gathered press Twitter couldn't stop obsessing over.

To many watching news coverage of the Giuliani raid, Herbert was the perfect upper east sider.

It seems even Giuliani's neighbors are larger-than-life characters.

If there's one good thing to come out of Giuliani's legal troubles, it has to be this clip of Herbert.

When the history books record the saga of Rudy Giuliani, Herbert is sure to get her own chapter.

Giuliani is almost certainly not happy his belongings are being confiscated by federal authorities, but every cloud has a silver lining.

Today, that silver lining was named Michele Herbert.
