Pedro Pascal Vowed To Make Out With Kieran Culkin After SAG Win—And Culkin's Reaction Is Priceless

After Pascal took home the SAG Award for Male Actor in a Drama Series, besting Culkin, he promised to exact his 'revenge' for Culkin's 'suck it' Golden Globes speech by making out with the 'Succession' star at the afterparty.

After actor Pedro Pascal took home the SAG Award for Male Actor in a Drama Series for his role in The Last of Us, besting Succession actor Kieran Culkin, he shared his lighthearted revenge plot during a live interview with Queer Eye star and Netflix's backstage SAG Awards correspondent Tan France.

The playful banter between Pascal and Culkin began at the Golden Globes earlier this year when Culkin humorously told Pascal to "suck it" after beating him in the same category.

During the live interview with France, Pascal—who admitted to being drunk while accepting his award—was asked about his plans for the post-ceremony festivities and how he intended to tease Culkin, to which he playfully declared:

"I'm going to make out with Kieran. That'll be my revenge."

France delved into the history between Pascal and Culkin, prompting Pascal to share a heartwarming anecdote about their friendship:

"He is the greatest. I can remember, years ago, him taking one of my younger siblings to an FAO Schwartz in Manhattan."
"He came up to me and complimented me on the play [Pascal was performing in at the time], he was already famous, had been a lead in the movie Igby Goes Down, and he approached me in public just to tell me that — he doesn't remember this at all, I remember this — we've known each other since then."
"It's been amazing to see him in that show, to the point of which I feel guilty about not seeing his speech tonight, but it'll be fine."

You can hear what Pascal said in the video below.

Culkin had a priceless reaction to Pascal's plans while speaking to Entertainment Tonight, joking that it was "weird" that Pascal had also asked "if I wanted to smell his pits." Culkin said that he wasn't attempting to embarrass Pascal, as he had posed the "smell my pits" question in the presence of others.

Pascal clarified that he made the comment due to nervousness about his loosely fitted shirt before rephrasing the question, to which Culkin responded:

"No, of course not. I don't think I want to smell anyone's pits."

Pascal humorously retorted:

"You're so difficult."

Culkin then asked:

"Why, because I don't want to smell your pits? Do you want to smell mine?"

When Pascal responded, "yeah," an amusedly defeated Culkin said:

"Well, yeah. Alright."

You can watch their interaction in the video below.

Pascal's admission and the subsequent exchange between the two actors had social media users cackling.

While Pascal emerged victorious in the leading category, securing the Male Actor in a Drama Series award, Culkin and the Succession cast celebrated their ensemble win for the overall series.

In January, Culkin also won the Emmy Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series for his role on Succession, emerging victorious in a category that included not just Pascal but his Succession co-stars Brian Cox and Jeremy Strong.
