The internet is a strange and wonderful place. Every so often, viral 'challenges' pop up. They have ranged from planking, to the boiling water to snow challenge. Well, now thanks to Twitter user @Ibelievthehype, we have a new challenge on our hands.

Everyone, here is the 'Vans challenge'.

It all started with this video.

Soon, others joined the fray.


Some took it very seriously...



People were shocked.



Skeptics were proven wrong...


Though, apparently some people's Vans are broken.

And one person posited an interesting theory...
