The Oscar winner dated Pitt for three years in the '90s before dating Affleck from 1997 to 2000.

Gwyneth Paltrow was on Wednesday's episode of Call Her Daddy podcast and opened up about her past relationships, from Brad Pitt in the '90s through her three year stint with Ben Affleck to her 11 year marriage with Chris Martin...

...and...

She was also asked about Pitt and Affleck as it pertained to the bedroom, and, well, we got the Goop.

You can watch a tiny teaser below.

Host Alex Cooper first began by introducing a game she called "Brad or Ben," but before a question was even asked, Paltrow answered:

"Brad."

When the inquiries did make it out of Cooper's mouth, however, listeners learned Pitt won in both the romance and fashion categories and Affleck scored in the humor round, though he also was "most likely to get in an argument with" Paltrow.

The Oscar winner also revealed neither of her former lovers was necessarily "vain" or "high maintenance," though Affleck did have a "mirror face" he used when checking himself out.

And while Paltrow gave props to both of her exes for their kissing skills, Cooper wanted to know who was better in the sack.

Paltrow was quite diplomatic.

"That is really hard because Brad was the sort of like, major chemistry love-of-your-life kind of like - at the time, you know."
"And then, Ben was like technically excellent."

She also laughed:

"I can't believe my daughter's listening to this. Am I blushing?"

Eventually, Cooper had Paltrow play "F**k, Marry, Kill," the game in which Paltrow would have to categorize her former flames Pitt, Affleck and Martin.

After pondering, Paltrow revealed:

"Well obviously I'd marry Chris Martin because he gave me my two children who are the loves of my life."
"So I would do that all again."

She then hesitated:

"Hmmm, but 'Kill' is such a hard-core... I think Brad."

Paltrow met Pitt and immediately experienced "love at first sight" working on 1997's Seven. The two were engaged, but after three years together, they called it quits.

So then, that left Ben, who Paltrow dated from 1997 to 2000.

"And then Ben, yeah. God Bless him."

Cooper concurred.

"Wow. God bless him."
"God bless him and his Dunkin' Donuts."

People on social media had a lot to say.

Several applauded Affleck for his "technical" excellence.

Many, however, felt some things are best kept private.

But, well, now we know and no one can ever take that away from us.

Trump Made A Petty Dig At Taylor Swift During The Eagles' White House Visit—Because Of Course

President Donald Trump was called out after he made a petty dig at pop star Taylor Swift during his speech for the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles' visit to the White House.

In a brief speech, Trump acknowledged the Eagles' 40–22 win over the Kansas City Chiefs was “a little surprising,” a remark that appeared to reference the Chiefs' consecutive Super Bowl victories in 2023 and 2024. He then shifted focus to Swift, getting in a petty swipe drawing attention to Swift's presence at the game to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, play tight end for the losing team.
