Pregnant Giraffe Surprises Disney World Safari Guests By Going Into Labor Right In Front Of Them 😮

A group of guests at Disney's Animal Kingdom got a little more magic than they bargained for when a pregnant Giraffe unexpectedly went into labor.

Most of the time, animals are ushered back to their private enclosures to give birth, but if labor comes on unexpectedly, it can result in dramatic experiences like this one caught on video.

The Kilimanjaro Safari closed shortly after the birth.

In an Instagram post from WDW News Today, they wrote:

"We interrupt this regularly scheduled Monday to bring you A LIVE BIRTH AT KILIMANJARO SAFARIS. That's right! A sweet giraffe mama is currently giving birth on the savanna. They tried bringing her backstage, but she just wants to chill tbh."

According to Heavy,a typical giraffe birth can last anywhere from "30 minutes to two hours."

Fans weren't sure whether or not they wished they were there.

It seems Disney is overflowing with new Giraffes!

The Kilimanjaro Safari has reportedly been closed for the last several days, though it's unclear whether or not this is due to the giraffe birth. Disney hasn't issued any statement announcing when the ride will reopen.

One thing is for sure: there won't be many guests having such an exciting ride for quite a while!
