'Stranger Things 3' Is Here To Let Us Know That 'Summer Is Coming' With New Retro Posters And A Slick New Trailer

It's been nearly two years since we've visited Hawkins in the second season of Stranger Things, and now, finally, Netflix is preparing to release the third.

On Monday, May 20, the streaming service released a new trailer for the upcoming season, set, for the first time, during the summer!

Along with the trailer, Netflix also dropped a boatload of new character posters!

Fans were beyond pumped that the series's third season is finally about to drop!

A few fans on Twitter, however, were a little disturbed by the trailer's content, which showed a bunch of middle-aged woman gawking over a teenage abuser.

Others, however, loved what they were seeing and couldn't wait to see how this new dynamic plays out!

Meanwhile, hardcore fans carefully looked over every character poster for clues as to the new season's plot.

Hopefully everything is still ok between our young adventurers...

Get ready! Stranger Things season 3 will arrive on Netflix this July 4, 2019!
