People Break Down Which Foods Taste Great But Are An Absolute Pain To Eat

Here's a hill I will die on: Sandwiches should have structural integrity! It's really that simple: It annoys me when I'm eating a sandwich (or a burger, for that matter) that falls apart after a bite or two. Not that I won't eat it... (yay, food!) but then it's not a sandwich anymore, is it? An enormous burger is a joy to look at and it tastes great... but wow, can it suck to eat.

After Redditor criteraz asked the online community, "What food tastes great, but is a pain in the ass to eat?" people shared their own opinions.

"If I were on an island..."

I love oranges but I literally can't be bothered to peel the skins.

If I were on an island with just oranges I might die pretty early.

"That stuff..."

Anything with HOT melted cheese. That stuff can BURN the roof of your mouth like crazy!

"Tasty if done right..."

Ribs.

Tasty if done right but not enough food on the bone to be worth the mess and effort.

"Basically..."

Basically any fresh fish. It's almost guaranteed the whole skeleton is still in there because it was filleted by an inexperienced store worker rather than an experienced fisherman.

I live right on Lake Erie, our perch is incredible, and you definitely pay if you want it prepared right.

"I appreciate..."

Fish with the bones still in.

Salmon and gindara (grilled Japanese sea bass) are some of my favorite fish dishes but they have needle-like bones as long as my thumb.

I appreciate a good fillet, all flavor no hassle.

"The humble..."

The humble meat pie. Bastards tend to do this diarrhea like explosion out the back the moment you bite into them, frequently transferring the scolding contents to your groin.

"Pumpkin seeds..."

Pumpkin seeds are a huge pain to remove from the wheels compared to sunflower seeds, however I find them to not be as literally woody. I just eat the entire thing.

"They always end up..."

Prawns. Lobster. Crab. Oh and steak sandwiches. They always end up deconstructed after the first couple of bites

"The fish itself..."

Branzino. The fish itself tastes absolutely amazing, but you have to be really careful so you don't swallow any small bones by mistake.

"Gives me shivers..."

Anything with bones. I hate picking meat of bones and cartilage. Gives me shivers down the spine.

BictorianPizza

"Game changer"

Pistachios

Took me ages of thinking " someone must have invented a tool to help open these", then it smacked me in the back of the head: a used half shell pries even the hardest shells apart. Game changer.

People Break Down The 'Silent Red Flags' Folks Tend To Ignore In Relationships

A red flag has come to mean any warning sign in life, in addition to the literal red flags that are placed on beaches or industrial sites to warn people of danger.

People will respond to situations by saying, "That’s a red flag." But before that language evolved, they'd just call them "warning signs."

Resurfaced Trump Tweet Criticizing Obama Over Iran Comes Back To Bite Him

Amid tensions with Iran, President Donald Trump was criticized for hypocrisy after social media users resurfaced a 2013 tweet in which he accused former President Barack Obama of planning an attack on Iran because of his "inability to negotiate properly."

Trump has declined to clarify whether the U.S. is edging closer to launching strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, following a warning from Iran’s supreme leader against any attack and a rejection of Trump’s demand for surrender.
