Kendall Jenner Says What We're All Thinking After Clip Of Her Struggling To Cut A Cucumber Goes Viral

Kendall Jenner Says What We're All Thinking After Clip Of Her Struggling To Cut A Cucumber Goes Viral

It's no secret that the Kardashian-Jenner clan hasn't exactly grown up in struggle.

But every now and then the infamous family leaves an easily editable moment in their show that underlines just how out of touch with the rest of us they really are.

Case in point, a moment in the family's new Hulu show The Kardashians which revealed that second-youngest sister Kendall Jenner clearly has never cut up a cucumber in her entire life--a moment even Jenner herself had to admit was a shocker.

Naturally, the internet is obsessed. See the deeply awkward moment below--and please for the safety of your fingertips do not try this at home.

Omg how does #kendalljenner not know how to properly cut a #cucumber ? Lol

The scene is so wildly cringe that even Kendall herself called it "tragic!" on Twitter.

The clip is hilarious from the moment it begins.

After Jenner's mom Kris Jenner asked if she'd like their chef to make her a snack, Kendall demurred, saying:

"I’m just gonna chop up some cucumber. It’s kinda easy."

Kris Jenner then replied:

"You go, girl."

It's touching how supportive Kris Jenner is of her daughters, even when doing the most mundane tasks of human existence. But it instantly becomes clear why Kris was gassing her daughter up.

Turns out cutting cucumbers isn't "kinda easy" when you are Kendall Jenner and clearly have no idea what you're doing.

First, Kendall crosses her arms over each other for some reason, with one hand holding the end of the cucumber and the other holding the knife in an awkward tangle of limbs.

Then, after admitting she's bad at this and begging the cameraman not to film it, she switches techniques, holding the cucumber from the same end at which she's awkwardly cutting paper-thin slices and nearly hacking her fingertips off in the process.

Finally, Kris Jenner can take no more and calls out:

"Hey, Chef? Do you want to cut this up for her?"

On Twitter, people of course had a field day with this moment of absurdity.

It just goes to show that stars really are just like us, except in the ways they absolutely are not!
