Israel's Official Twitter Account Used The Perfect Taylor Swift Quote After Ye's 'Shalom' Tweet

The rapper returned from his six-week Twitter ban after his antisemitic comments with a tweet that Israel wanted nothing to do with.

He's back.

Just weeks after rapper Ye was banned from Twitter for his antisemitic comments, he resurfaced and was already dissed by an entire nation no less.

Ye made his presence known on Twitter by posting:

"Shalom :)"

The tweet has since been deleted, but Israel's official Twitter account had the perfect response.

If the phrase, "We would very much like to be excluded from this narrative" sounds familiar, it's because Taylor Swift used the exact same words in response to a leaked telephone conversation between herself and Ye.

The recording was leaked by Ye's then wife Kim Kardashian.

Back in 2016, Swift ended a now-deleted Instagram post with the caption "That moment when Kanye West secretly records your phone call, then Kim posts it on the Internet" with:

"I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be a part of, since 2009."

Elon Musk himself commended Israel on its clever tweet.

He commented:

"Your tweets are good! More countries should tweet like this. No fun being all stuffy."

Needless to say, the twitterverse was highly entertained.

When asked by users if Israel was still upset about the tweet that got Ye banned, Israel replied:

Maybe Ye will think twice before tweeting or speaking.

Maybe.

Trump Adviser's Chess Analogy After Trump's Meeting With Canadian Prime Minister Is Epic Self-Own

President Donald Trump's adviser Stephen Miller was mocked online after he used a chess reference to heap praise onto Trump after his Oval office meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.

Canadian voters returned the Liberal Party to power for a fourth consecutive term after Trump repeatedly threatened Canadian sovereignty amid an ongoing trade war. Carney made defending Canada’s sovereignty a cornerstone of his campaign, pushing back forcefully against Trump’s threats to annex the country as “the 51st state.”
