Working in journalism, it can be hard to keep track of the never-ending influx of names and faces.

Mistakes happen, they are inevitable—and they can sometimes be hilarious.

This is one of those times.

It is unclear whose job it was to match captions to images over at the Daily Mail, buy they failed miserably when it came to this particular set of images.

The photos show a dark-haired man surfing with a gorgeous golden retriever. The captions, however, describe the divorce of dark-haired Coldplay singer Chris Martin from blonde actress/Goop-er Gwyneth Paltrow.

In all truth it's just... hilarious. Truly.

So of course, Twitter heard all about it.

And they love it so much.

SO much.

All kidding aside, it was an honest mistake.

Both couples were in the same location at the same time. The original Daily Mail story covered how Martin and Paltrow spent 20 minutes together watching the surfing duo.

Mom Stunned After Job Refuses To Let Her Call Out Of Work To Take Care Of Her Sick Kids

We can all agree that when we take on a role in a workplace, we should be expected to perform our duties, show up on time, not abuse the time off policy, and generally make good contributions as a member of that company. Those are all reasonable things to expect of an employee who is being paid.

But we are all human, and sometimes things come up that are out of our control.
