President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, visited Philadelphia, on Wednesday, November 4, where he claimed legitimately cast mail-in ballots should not be counted.
Why? Because they're expected to favor Trump's challenger, Democrat Joe Biden.
While speaking at a rally, Giuliani asked the gathered crowd:
"Do you think we're stupid? Do you think we're fools?"

Many online pointed out that Giuliani recently appeared in the second Borat movie, where he was tricked into a hugely embarrassing scene alongside an actress posing as a conservative reporter.

As a lawyer, Giuliani should know: never ask a question you don't want the answer to.

Maybe next time Giuliani will think twice before laying up Twitter for such an easy burn.
