After the internet deemed Affleck 'miserable' following a car door slamming incident, images of he and Lopez allegedly fighting on the red carpet were deemed the inevitable 'sequel'—but video tells a different story.

Once again, photos of Ben Affleck looking less than thrilled attending an event with wife Jennifer Lopez sparked rumors of trouble in paradise, but fear not Bennifer 2.0 fans, the myth has been debunked.

A video posted to Twitter on Wednesday showed Affleck and Lopez walking to their car, Affleck seemingly in a mood. Despite his facial expression, however, he still opened the door for his love.

Swoon.

But as soon as Lopez was in the passenger seat, Affleck slammed the door and stormed to the driver's side, staring down the person filming the video and giving a "what" gesture with his arms.

Viewers of the video expressed their concern over the state of the couple's relationship.

And pictures posted the very next day didn't help the speculation.

Photos of the duo appearing to be in a heated discussion at the premiere of Lopez's movie Mother only added fuel to the fire.

However, video captured during the same moment tells a different story as Affleck and Lopez seemed to be having a quick discussion on the red carpet.

Daily Mail reported an expert lip reader revealed to FEMAIL what actually went down.

According to the lip reader, Lopez was worried about her top "showing too much."

After taking their spots, the exchange went something like this:

Affleck: Don't worry babe.
Lopez: Come close to me.
Affleck: That's us, done.

Affleck then asked if his wife was okay, to which she responded, "Yes," and then told him they need to "step over there."

Other videos showed the couple enjoying their evening together, as well.

After viewing the videos, social media users shared a different take on the situation.

A picture may be worth a thousand words, but it doesn't tell the whole story. We're delighted to see videos of the couple enjoying their evening out.

Lopez's film Mother is available to stream on Netflix now.

Ellen DeGeneres Just Tried To Mow The Lawn At Her Sprawling UK Estate—And It Went South Fast

Say what you may about Ellen DeGeneres, but we can all agree that she's always tried to find the funny side in a situation, even if it's something that should be as mundane as mowing the lawn.

DeGeneres left the talk show scene in 2022 after allegations ran rampant about her running a toxic workplace, so when President Donald Trump was elected for a second term, it seemed the perfect time for the entertainer and her wife, Portia de Rossi, to look for greener pastures, namely in the U.K.
