New App Created By Pro-Trumpers Is Getting Hilariously Trolled With Nudes—Of Sonic The Hedgehog

In an effort to do their fascism unencumbered by the rules of common decency or whatever, fans of former Republican President Donald Trump have created their very own Trump-friendly version of Twitter--an app called, for whatever reason, GETTR.

Who knows if it'll successfully compete with Twitter, but it definitely can't compete with the legions of pranksters on the internet--within hours of its launch, hackers had commandeered the anything-goes app by filling it with porn.

But not just any porn--Sonic the Hedgehog porn.

Yes, you read that correctly, the pro-Trump Twitter clone is now a repository of X-rated nudes featuring the furry cartoon character from a video game--and the internet can't get enough.

Though Trump himself has yet to join the app, GETTR was created by Jason Miller, chief spokesman of Trump's 2016 campaign and senior advisor to the former president during his 2020 race. The app positions itself as the "marketplace of ideas" where "fighting cancel culture, promoting common sense, defending free speech, and challenging social media monopolies" are its chief goals.

Given those aims, the app has no content moderation, leaving the door wide open for--well, Sonic the Hedgehog porn, among other things.

But it's not just content moderation that Miller's team decided to blow off--they skipped the security protocols too. The app's first day of existence saw more than 85,000 of its users' accounts compromised, with users' names, birthdays and email addresses being stolen. Hilariously, Miller's own account was among those hacked.

Also hilarious: GETTR began banning accounts posting the Sonic the Hedgehog porn, which sort of runs afoul of that whole "defending free speech" thing it holds so dear.

Put it all together, and GETTR was an instant laughingstock on Twitter, and the roasts came in hot.

Well done, internet hooligans, and keep up the good work!

Jon Stewart Says What We're All Thinking About Kash Patel After USA Hockey Locker Room Video Goes Viral

After FBI Director Kash Patel made headlines for chugging a beer and wearing a gold medal in the locker room of the USA Men's Olympics Hockey team following their gold medal win at the Winter Olympics, Daily Show host Jon Stewart mocked him profusely, saying what we're all thinking about the display.

In footage circulated online by William Turton of ProPublica, Patel appears to down a bottle of beer, throw his arms up, and slam his fist on a table in celebration. Moments later, Matthew Tkachuk of Team USA is seen placing his medal around Patel’s neck, after which Patel joins the victorious hockey players in singing "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue" by Toby Keith.

Former 'Jimmy Kimmel' Writer Epically Fires Back At 'Bruised Skin' Trump In Blistering Congressional Testimony

Bess Kalb, a former writer for Jimmy Kimmel Live!, criticized President Donald Trump during a hearing on Capitol Hill called “Silencing Dissent: The First Amendment Under Attack,” saying the president is the program's "best and worst audience" with "inexplicably bruised" and "very thin" skin.

Kalb's appearance is no accident given how much Jimmy Kimmel Live! has offended Trump's sensibilities over the years—and how he tried to pull it off the air last year.

Hugh Jackman Shares Hilariously Wolverine-esque Bedhead Photo—And We Totally See It

It turns out you can take the mutant out of the X-Men, but you can’t take the X-Men out of your morning bedhead.

After 25 years of playing the iconic clawed hero, Hugh Jackman woke up this week to a truly meta realization: he didn’t need a wig, a wind machine, or a Hollywood glam squad to look like Wolverine. He just needed a pillow. And maybe, moving forward, a satin bonnet.

Kelly Osbourne Fires Back At 'Disgusting' Trolls For Bodyshaming Her On Social Media Since Ozzy Passed

Kelly Osbourne is once again shutting down cruel commentary about her body, this time after a social media user compared her appearance to a “dead body” and called her “tooooo thin and fragile.”

The backlash came just one day after Kelly attended the Royal Ascot Millinery Collective Spring/Summer 2026 presentation in London on February 22. For the event, she wore an embellished, subtly sheer turtleneck dress and later shared photos from the outing on Instagram.
