The singer opened up on 'Chicken Shop Date' about how a romantic dream about Christian Bale made her realize she had to break up with her boyfriend at the time.

Dreams are widely believed to be messages from our subconscious or even prognostications.

For singer/songwriter Billie Eilish, a dream about Batman Begins actor Christian Bale was a sign for her to break up with her boyfriend.

And she did just that.

The nine-time Grammy winner recalled her dreamy encounter in an interview alongside her brother and record producer Finneas on Chicken Shop Date for the Oscars.

When the topic of superheroes came up, Eilish admitted she didn't "really know much about them" after casually mentioning Batman as her favorite character.

Host Amelia Dimoldenberg agreed she didn't know much about superheroes either, aside from the fact that "some of them are hot."

Which led to Eilish recounting a dreamy encounter with the Dark Knight.

"I got to be real," she said.

"A couple years ago, I had a dream about Christian Bale, and it was in a little cafe in the sunlight, and it made me realize I had to break up with my boyfriend at the time."

She continued:

"No, like, genuinely. I woke up and I was like [gasps] and I came to my senses."

Fans had some thoughts on what really went down.

The internet continued sharing their thoughts.

According to the "Ocean Eyes" singer's timeline, the boyfriend she ended things with around two years ago, in May 2022 to be specific, would have been 2 Little Monsters actor Matthew Tyler Vorce.

At the time, Vorce addressed rumors of infidelity on his Instagram story in the wake of their breakup and confirmed "Nobody cheated on anyone."

He added:

"Relationships end. Simple as that. Creating rumors and LYING on the internet is dangerous."

Months later, Eilish and musician Jesse Rutherford were spotted sharing a kiss after a date night out at an eatery in Los Angeles.

She later confirmed her relationship with the “Softcore” singer in an interview with Vanity Fair in November 2022.

GOP Rep. Claims MTG's Resignation Could Be The First Of Many In Eye-Opening Rant

Georgia Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene—once the conspiracy theory-spewing, QAnon-embracing apple of MAGA's eye—announced on Friday her intent to resign and retire from Congress effective January 5.

In the wake of her almost 10-minute video announcement, an anonymous senior House Republican said many others in the party have also grown sick of MAGA Republican President Donald Trump and his incompetent, petty, glory-hogging administration. They cite Christian nationalist Speaker Mike Johnson as his primary enabler.
