Benefit Cosmetics, a cosmetics manufacturer based out of San Francisco, California, stepped up their game when they hired a 20-year-old girl with Down Syndrome as a brand ambassador.
Kate Grant came into the scene to promote the company's "Roller Liner Liquid Eyeliner", and showed up on their Instagram page on January 2nd looking fierce.
Just look at that face:
Benefit reportedly found Kate after they "discovered Kate by chance in the summer of 2018 when we saw a Facebook video about her journey to becoming a model."
"We fell instantly in love with her," said a representative of the company.

"She embodied everything we stand for as a brand so we knew we had to find a way to work with her."
Kate and her family are thrilled, acknowledging that Kate's journey is blazing a path for others who may not believe in themselves as much as Kate does.
"She is paving the way for people coming behind her," Kate's mom told Metro.
"Kate is aware of that and wants to spread awareness about inclusion for people with disabilities and that is what she has done from the very start. She is aware that she is able to do that in a way some of her friends cannot. She is using her voice for them."
Back in August, Kate also made headlines when she was crowned "Teen Ultimate Beauty Of The World."
She says that she hopes having a platform will re-shape the world around her.
"I want the next generation who have any special needs to know the true meaning of beauty is who you are, not what you look like," says Kate.
"Kindness, compassion and inner sparkle, that's the ultimate beauty."
All power, dear Kate. May you slay the modeling world every day for the rest of forever.
